Practicing Mindfulness

Join us for an hour of authentic serenity to reconnect the mind-body and unwind the stress and tension from our busy lives. Each guided session will focus on practicing mindfulness meditations through silent sitting and gentle movements. The sessions are offered to support practical ways to living well and we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to honor the body and mind through love and kindness.
